Another resturant classic from Banjos Bar and Bistro – the creamy cajun prawn gnocchi
Prawns in a creamy cajun spiced gnocchi, with spinach – served with shaved parmesan
Thaw (if frozen) and massage contents of prawn sauce mix. Put the sealed bag in boiling simmering. Gnocchi comes par boiled. Allow to thaw (if frozen) and either put sealed bag in simmering water until desirable temp is reached or quickly pan fry gnocchi for a few minutes for a crispy outside and fluffy inside. Top cooked gnocchi with prawn sauce mix and serve with shaved paremsan.
