These suppliers below are separate businesses to Whitsunday Provisioning. Orders and payments must be made directly to each supplier. Ensure you organise your orders with the below supppliers to be ready the day BEFORE your scheduled delivery and we will include it with your order in one combined delivery direct to your vessel or accomodation house. No. All of these are separate businesses however we all work very closely. All of these companies have been provisioning charter vessels, super yachts and holiday homes in the Whitsundays for years and offer the best selection of products with the most personalised service. Orders must be placed and paid for separately with each company. Whitsunday Provisioning will collect all of your orders with our third party suppliers and bring it along with your Whitsunday Provisioning order in one convenient delivery.

We’re happy to receive online deliveries for orders from Woolworths; however, please note that there is a $100 packaging & service fee applies to all orders outside of our 3 preferred providers (per order). We require your Woolworths delivery to arrive to us the day prior to your provisions delivery to ensure no delay in your delivery.

Please select the DATE/DAY you require the delivery to your vessel/accommodation house. We offer two convenient time slots for deliveries AM (7am-9am) or PM (4pm-6pm). This can be selected in the ‘CART’ section on the Whitsunday Provisioning website. Also let us know by using the checkboxes in the ‘CART’ section if you intend to place an order with any of our third party suppliers (FISHI, Prickly Pineapple or Friendly Grocer).

For our third party suppliers, please select the day BEFORE your delivery day. This gives us time to coordinate and ensures no delays to your provisions delivery

No. At this stage, Whitsunday Provisioning is NOT accepting deliveries from any third party suppliers except the above. We are unable to accept Woolworths, Coles or ALDI online deliveries due to logistics and timing. If you would like to order from one of these supermarkets, you will need to liaise the delivery or click and collect the delivery.

This is not a problem at all. We are happy to collate your delivery and bring it to your vessel however you will need to email us on sales@whitsundayprov.com.au to advise us of your orders with our third party suppliers. There is a $99 flat rate delivery fee for any Whitsunday Provisioning delivery which we will charge via secure email link. Once delivery fee is paid and you have advised us of your charter company, delivery date and time – we will organise the rest. If you have ordered with Whitsunday Provisioning, the delivery fee is automatically applied to your CART on checkout.

FRIENDLY GROCER: When placing an order with Friendly Grocer, once you have selected your items click CHECKOUT. This will prompt you to create an account with password. The next page will ask for the delivery information. Whitsunday Provisioning collects your order from Friendly Grocer so please input the address shown on the ‘Where to?’ page – 2583 Shute Harbour Road, Jubilee Pocket. Select the day BEFORE your scheduled provisioning delivery. The time for delivery will automatically say 12-12.30pm. Please disregard this. Your order will be delivered at your chosen time per your Whitsunday Provisioning order. Proceed to payment. Whitsunday Provisioning will automatically receive a confirmation of your order.

PRICKLY PINEAPPLE: When placing an order with Prickly Pineapple, BEFORE proceeding to checkout, click ‘ADD ORDER NOTE’ and add information ‘Whitsunday Provisioning to collect. Charter departing on [insert date time]’. Select store pick up and proceed through checkout and payment.

FISHI: When placing an order with FISHI, please select ‘Whitsunday Provisioning’ in the delivery section in the checkout.
