Lunch: Thai Beef Salad – Marinated tender eye fillet on a fresh salad with tangy thai beef dressing
Dinner: Lemon & Thyme Chicken with Potato Salad
Menu three: Chicken Ceasar Salad & Butterfly Lamb Leg with Vegetables
Lunch: Lemon Thyme BBQ Chicken Ceasar Salad
Dinner: Rosemary and Garlic Butterfly Lamb Leg with Roasted Vegetables
