Each day, select your menu option x number of guests
Example: if you are catering for 6 people and want Option One, add Option One x 6 to your cart. This will cater for 6 guests for 1 day.
Next day choosing Option Two = 6 x Option Two. Please reach out if you have any questions.
*Please note due to the preparation and logistics of our premade menus, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
7 Different Daily Options
Option one:
Breakfast: Fruit juice, cereal, toast with a selection of jam and spreads.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Thai Beef salad
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Premium Barbecue package of Eye Fillet steak, Tasmanian Lamb cutlet and sausages w/ onions and red wine jus, served w/ steamed vegetables.
Option two:
Breakfast: Free range eggs with bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Cooked local king prawns with dipping sauces, specialty breads and pasta salad.
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: BBQ butterfly Lemon Thyme Chicken with a Greek salad and yoghurt dressing.
Option three:
Breakfast: Fruit juice, individual fruit yoghurts and croissants with spreads.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Beef burger w/ sliced cheese, pickles and onions.
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Butterfly barbecue Lamb leg, Duck fat potatoes and vegetables suits 5 to 7 guests. Smaller bookings substitute with lamb cutlets.
Option four:
Breakfast Free range egg omelette and bacon with toast.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad.
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Thai fish curry with jasmine rice.
Option five:
Breakfast: Fruit juice and Eggs Benedict.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Calamari with Thai Vermicelli Noodle Salad.
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Slow cooked Beef Cheeks with garlic mash, steamed vegetables and rich house made gravy.
Option six:
Breakfast fruit juice, individual fruit, yoghurts and croissants with spreads.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Shredded slow cooked Lamb over Moroccan pearl couscous and fruit salad topped lemon and cucumber tzatziki.
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Reef and Beef , 200 gram eye fillet steak and garlic butter bay bug , red wine jus, served w/ garlic mash and steamed vegetables.
Option seven:
Breakfast Fruit juice, cereal, pancakes & maple syrup, yoghurt with a selection of jam and spreads.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Cold meat & Salad wraps.
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Foil baked whole baby barramundi with wilted bok choy.
